You will have an opportunity to learn proper postural alignment, proper gait, and ask questions of an Orthopedic Exercise Specialist all in the context of an alignment based Yoga class!!
Aura Fechter is both a Senior Certified Symmetry Yoga Instructor as well as a Certified Athletic Trainer with a background in Sports medicine.
Please wear form fitting clothing and have a relatively empty "tummy" before class.
You are welcome to change at the Yoga studio.
Light refreshments will be served.
